Cancellations

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.

If you selected a future date for delivey and would like to cancel your order, please fill out a cancellation form.

 

Returns

To provide you with the best possible service, you can return your order for replacement or refund.

 

Flowers & Perishable Products

If you have received a defective product, we will replace that product to your satisfaction. To receive replacement product, please call us at (407)731-0977 / (407)967-5569.

 

Specialty Gifts

Specialty gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 30 days if receipt of the item) provided the items are returned unopened with the original packing materials and documentation.

 

Please note that we can refund shipping fees only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the cost specialty gift item, but the original and return shipping fee will not be refunded. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Delivery by an Lulu’s Craft Creation’s Florist

We can deliver flowers, plants, and specialty gifts to almost all Orlando.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Substitution may be necessary to ensure your gift is delivered on the day you requested.

 

In most counties, orders placed as late as late as 2p.m. can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 1p.m.

 

Exotic Flowers and Plants – Due to the limited availability of exotic flowers and plants, Nex-Day delivery is required. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday.
